Wine Country Tours will collect you from your Sydney hotel, or from within the vineyards, in a luxury mini coach and travel in style to the Hunter Valley Wine Country. On arrival into the vineyards, enjoy morning tea and coffee and fresh baked delights at the famous Peppers Guesthouse. Your guide, Richard Everett, is the only Oenologist (winemaker) hosting wine tours in Australia with more than 39 years experience in the wine trade, so you get an insider's perspective into the Hunter Valley's unique wines. Visit the Hunter's best cellars, where you take part in comprehensive sit-down private tastings of their top wines, including some aged vintages not available to the public. The itinerary for the day is flexible to account for your particular interests. Lunch is at either the award-winning Muse Kitchen or Roberts Restaurant. After lunch and further private wine tastings, you will be returned to your accommodation.
