Gemtree is a family owned winery dedicated to growing better wine, naturally. Dynamic duo Mike Brown, Chief Winemaker, and wife Melissa Brown, Biodynamic Viticulturist, work together to grow the award winning Gemtree Wines. With minimal intervention in the winemaking process and a more environmentally conscious farming system, the biodynamic and certified organic wines are powerful, concentrated, and express the true characteristics of each grape variety and the region.

Come and relax on the deck of our new sustainable cellar door with a glass of Gemtree wine (or two). Enjoy sweeping views of our vineyards while the children play on the playground. Sample our regional platters featuring a selection of only the finest local and organic produce. We also serve organic tea, coffee, soft drinks and sweets and you’ll be delighted by our market stall of seasonal produce from our very own home grown veggie patch.

There’s always something new to see and experience with cellar door exclusive products and the unique works of different local artists displayed inside every two months. Or, if you’re a lover of the outdoors, take a stroll through our Wetlands Ecotrail - a haven for frogs birds and animals, planted with 50,000 native trees over 10 hectares and equipped with public BBQ facilities for picnics or bespoke ecotours.
