This allows Kangaroo Valley Olives to process within hours of harvesting so that the quality of the fruit is preserved. They are widely acknowledged for their passion and care expended on each and every olive. With the only on-site olive press in Kangaroo Valley, Extra Virgin Olive Oils (EVOO) are pressed within hours of harvest - preserving freshness and flavour as well as controlling all aspects of production. Many products have been awarded first and second prizes within their individual categories.
