In the Goulburn Valley wine region and located midway between Yarrawonga and Cobram, sits Fyffe Field Vineyard and cellar door. Established in 1993, with a solid belief in the climatic virtues of the region for warm climate viticulture the varieties of Verdelho, Semillon, Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot were planted. Today the Fyffe Field vines are grown under sustainable vineyard practices and low cropping levels are maintained to assist in putting quality into the bottle; the wines being made by a contract winemaker. The Fyffe Field cellar door is family friendly and just a little bit quirky. Drop in, have a chat with the Diamond family and tempt the taste buds with free tastings of white, red, fortified wines and the much loved Cobram Crème.
