Committed to growing and making 'classic' regional McLaren Vale wines, Dowie Doole utilise predominately estate-grown fruit which is crushed, fermented and matured at Boar's Rock Winery in McLaren Vale. The Dowie Doole family vineyards are home to some of the finest and earliest planted vineyard sites in McLaren Vale. Displaying a distinctive full body and a characteristic smooth, savoury edge, their wines focus on varieties that are naturally suited to McLaren Vale and their particular vineyard sites. The Dowie Doole Tasting Room is open for wine and cheese tastings seven days a week by appointment only. The beautiful venue set in the vineyard can also be hired out for functions and corporate events.
