Impressed, mostly, by themselves, at just how good a good beer can be, they decided to make the best and tastiest beer they can. Clare Valley Brewing Company is proud of the Clare region and its very fine agriculture and have set out to brew beers of a provincial nature, utilising the best of Clare Valley.
