In 1997, the Widauer family planted 26 acres of grapes in the rich chocolate soil of the Namoi Valley, producing a superb range of award winning white and red wines, sparkling wines and ports. The cellar door is a refurbished school classroom, built in 1934 with a large wooden covered decking area overlooking the lagoon and beautiful grounds. Sit back, relax and unwind in tranquil surroundings while enjoying award-winning wines and ports and country hospitality. Seplin Estate Wines is fully licensed and has Electronic Funds Transfer at Point of Sale (EFTPOS) facilities available. Seplin Estate Wines also caters for groups of 10 or more, functions, coach tours, parties (hens and buck parties), weddings, conferences, and meetings.
