On a glorious site, high above the bustling city and overlooking lush countryside, is Borrodell Vineyard, a luxury hideaway amongst the grape vines - one of Australia's highest! Borrodell Vineyard is nestled in the lee of Mount Canobolas on the slopes of the Towac Valley. It is an 84 acre vineyard, cherry, plum and heritage apple orchard and trufferie. Ten minutes from Orange NSW and adjacent to Lake Canobolas, the rich volcanic soils and 1000-metre elevation ensures the best of cool climate wines and produce. The cellar door is open seven days for tasting the award-winning cool climate wines. Accommodation available on the property includes two secluded self-contained cottages set amongst the vineyard and the orchard, as well as two new luxury eco-suites designed for couples. Sister's Rock Restaurant on-site provides ravishing meals and unforgettable views across the vineyard and valley. The restaurant is open Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
