Located in the Southern Highlands St Maur (pronounced 'more') is blessed with volcanic soil, generous rainfall and a cool climate, which means that the grapes ripen more slowly producing distinct and expressive wines. The St Maur Cellar Door, situated in the old dairy offers relaxing and picturesque surrounds to taste the wines. St Maur honours the tradition of its Italian heritage and embraces the philosophy that good wine can only be made from good grapes. St Maur has 16 acres under established vine and their varieties include Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Chardonnay.
