Joadja Vineyards and Winery is the oldest vineyard and winery in the Southern Highlands wine area. You can enjoy the beautiful scenic vineyards and award-winning cool-climate wines, just 90 minutes from Sydney and close to Wollongong and Canberra. The small winery has a very 'hands on' approach, with some stainless steel and an emphasis on traditional winemaking methods. These include minimal intervention, the use of oak fermentation and maturation, and first quality fruit. Using winemaking techniques from both new world technology and old world tradition, all wines are crafted on site, at cool optimal ambient temperatures. The cool climate allows the grapes to develop intense flavour, freshness, and balance and Joadja harnesses this in the winery.
